While you wait you can make yourself at home in our guest room with refreshments and reading material available.

Health History

As a new patient, we will need to know your health history. This helps ensure we can offer you the best possible care. Please download, complete and bring this form: Medical History Form or you can complete it at the practice when you arrive.

Nervous Patients

If you're feeling a little nervous about your visit we want to say that's ok and that we understand. We are here to help ensure you feel at ease as much as possible. So please, speak up and let us know your concerns. Our focus is gentle care and that is why we have so many life - long patients. We have a range of solutions such as treatment under sedation which will help ensure you get a more comfortable dental experience.

Payment Policies & Payment Plans Available

We understand that dental costs is a legitimate concern for many. That's why we will provide you a clear, upfront cost of any treatment you may need and the options you have so you can decide the best way forward. To assist you, we have partnered with Zip Pay, which allows for payment plans for your dental treatment.

Our Location

We are located near Rockingham foreshore at 57 Thorpe St, Rockingham. Look for the big sign on the left as you head towards the foreshore. There is usually ample parking available in and around the practice.
